Who Is This Really For?

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Maintenance Plans
🟡 Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Nope. Our plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. We’re not here to trap you, we’re here to earn your business every month.
🟡 What if I just want a one-time striping job or cleaning?
We still do one-time services! The subscription is just an option for property owners who want us to handle it on a recurring basis. If you’re not ready for that, we’re happy to quote a one-time job.
🟡 How do I know which plan is right for my property?
We’ll come take a look at your lot and talk through what kind of traffic you get, what your priorities are (compliance, appearance, safety, etc.), and give you a recommendation. No pressure.
🟡 What’s “priority scheduling”?
It means when we start booking up during the busy season (spring and fall especially), subscribers go to the top of the list. You don’t have to chase us down or wait three weeks to get your lot done.
🟡 What if I need something that’s not listed in the plan?
No problem. We can add on extra services or custom work for a discounted subscriber rate. Just let us know what you need.
🟡 How do payments work?
You’ll be billed monthly via invoice or auto-pay (your choice). We can also offer annual prepay discounts if you’d rather just handle it once a year.
🟡 Is this for big corporations or can regular property owners use it?
This is 100% for regular property owners. You don’t need a portfolio of 10 properties or a giant budget. We work with churches, landlords, retail owners, and everyone in between.
🟡 What if my lot is in bad shape?
Even better reason to start. We can do an initial cleanup or repair job to get things back to baseline, then keep it maintained from there.
